Shipping policy

The delivery time is calculated from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation email, please check your ordered piece is not a handmade to order item before enquiring about your order.

From the moment you receive your dispatch email the delivery courier is responsible for your order. We will be more than happy to help assist and liase with the shipping courier in order to resolve any issues that occur. 

 

UK Orders Shipped using Royal Mail

European Orders Shipped using the Shipping Courier in your region via Royal Mail/Evri

Rest of the World Orders Shipped using USPS/DHL/Evri

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped if it is pre stocked and available for immediate shipping (Longer processing times may occur on weekends and public holidays)
